Rebuilding destroyed homes in affected communities
The project “Rebuilding Ukraine for Peace and Kindness”
Charity Fund “Peace and Kindness” has launched the initiative “Rebuilding Ukraine for Peace and Goodness” and invites everyone to join this Charity Project aimed at collective efforts to assist Ukrainians who have suffered due to Russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine. The project focuses on helping those affected by the lack of housing and the loss of state-owned social and critical infrastructure, such as schools, kindergartens, medical facilities, administrative buildings, and cultural institutions.
Our efforts are directed toward overcoming the consequences of Russia’s military aggression, reviving Ukraine, and restoring its economy.
Both commercial and state structures and institutions, of Ukrainian and foreign origin, as well as deputies at all levels, relevant committees, and commissions, are being involved in the Charity Project.
AREAS OF ACTIVITY WITHIN THE PROJECT
We conduct technical and financial audits to assess the needs for the restoration or construction of residential, industrial, and critical infrastructure affected by Russia’s armed aggression. This helps determine the scope of work and optimally allocate resources.
We raise and distribute charitable funds to build new housing and restore existing buildings damaged by the conflict. Every contribution helps provide people with homes and hope for the future.
We develop programs for deferring and restructuring loans for developers participating in recovery projects to ease financial burdens and encourage their involvement in restoration efforts.
We facilitate the relocation of production facilities from other countries to Ukraine to increase the supply of essential goods, rebuild infrastructure, and create new job opportunities.
We partner with state institutions and private firms to create financing programs for housing construction and restoration through long-term, zero-interest loans for developers.
We participate in developing programs that offer developers land plots and assets from the State Property Fund of Ukraine as compensation for their involvement in recovery programs.
We create new and restore existing production facilities that have been destroyed in Ukraine to support long-term economic development and recovery.
